In order to enable applicants to check whether their trade mark application contains only standardized terms, the SFIPI provides an online help tool which will automatically check the lists of goods and services on their conformity, with the results being displayed in various colours. If you would like to benefit from this new service, then please use the following link: http://wdl.ige.ch/#checkPanel The classification help tool is available in the official languages of Switzerland, i.e. German, French and Italian. Should your trademark application not comply with one of these two criteria, but you nonetheless wish to have the trademark registered as soon as possible, then an accelerated examination of the application can be requested, and an official acceleration fee of CHF 400.0 needs to be paid.
