 _mg_55499.jpg Dr. Nicole Zech-Agarwal joined Riederer Hasler & Partner Patentanwälte AG as a patent engineer in summer 2009. Her area of expertise includes physics, chemistry and mechanics with specialization in material properties and their analysis. Prior to joining Riederer Hasler & Partner Patentanwälte AG she worked as a patent examiner at the European Patent Office (EPO) in The Hague (2000 to 2006) and Munich (2006-2009). In 1999 Dr. Zech-Agarwal graduated with a doctorate from the department of material science at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Lausanne (EPFL). Her research was in the area of fabrication and characterization of thin film alloys. She also holds an undergraduate degree in Material Science from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich (ETH Zurich). She is currently preparing for her exams to become a European patent attorney.
